Toyota is looking for new associates

The automaker continues to rely on Mexican talent.

Carlos Contreras, Human Resources specialist at Toyota Motor Corporation, announced that the automaker has vacancies due to growth, so it requires associates to meet the demand and the manufacture of the new hybrid-electric model in Apaseo El Grande, Guanajuato.

He detailed that they are looking for talented people with interesting experiences who wish to work in a respectful and collaborative environment to achieve a better future through innovation.

"Everything we produce is the result of the hard work and commitment of our team members. We strive to create a company with the best people and provide them with the tools to innovate and share our knowledge in a way that benefits people, society and the planet," he said.

Toyota's career opportunity is in Information Systems and Information Technology; Finance, Accounting, Banking and Treasury; Engineering and Manufacturing; Students and Technical Training.

Selection of the best candidate

The selection process contemplates the formal application for the vacancy and if the profile fits the next step is an initial interview by telephone and then interviews in person or via teleconference.

Once this process has been passed, the applicant will receive a conditional offer, and will undergo medical examinations to finally receive a formal offer and establish the start of the working day.

Carlos Contreras indicated that the Asian company is multicultural and stable, so the average tenure of Toyota team members is 11.5 years.

In order to retain human resources, the specialist pointed out that Toyota is a company that respects talent and recognizes work through a generous incentive package.
