Sinbon Electronics arrives to SLP

The company lays the first stone of its headquarters in the Logistik III Industrial Park.

After an investment of 100 million dollars, the company Sinbon Electronics has laid the first stone of what will be its new operational headquarters in Villa de Reyes, San Luis Potosi.


From an 84,000 square meter site in the Logistik III Industrial Park, the company will be producing electrical components for the automotive and green energy sectors.


The project will be developed in three phases and the first stage will cover 12,000 square meters of floor space. Total construction is estimated to reach 48,000 square meters, plus infrastructure and equipment, including solar energy systems, with a total investment of $50 million.


The first phase of the project is expected to generate between 150 and 180 direct jobs, which represents a significant opportunity for economic and professional growth for the inhabitants of the area.

The groundbreaking ceremony was presided over by Mite Liang, general manager and chief operating officer of Sinbon Group, together with Jesse Huang, global commercial vice president, and other members of the company's management.

The event was also attended by the Secretary of Economic Development of the State Government, Salvador Gonzalez; the Secretary General of the Villa de Reyes City Council, Oscar Perez Verdeja, among other local and state authorities related to industrial development and technological innovation in the region.

Taiwanese operation

It should be noted that Sinbon Electronics is one of the 26 most important Taiwanese companies. Globally, the company manufactures electronic products for automotive, communications, medical, green energy, and industrial products, among others.
